サー・アーサー・チャールズ・クラーク（Sir Arthur Charles Clarke、1917年12月16日 – 2008年3月19日）は、イギリス出身のSF作家。20世紀を代表するSF作家の一人であり、科学解説者としても知られている。
1950年代から1970年代にはロバート・A・ハインライン、アイザック・アシモフと並んでビッグ・スリーと称されるSF界の大御所として活躍した。他の2人がエンターテイメント、SF叙事詩を志向したのに対して、クラークは豊富な科学的知識に裏打ちされた近未来を舞台にしたリアルなハードSF作品群と仏教思想に共鳴した「人類の宇宙的進化」を壮大に描く作品群とに特色がある。代表作は『幼年期の終わり』、『2001年宇宙の旅』。作品のほとんどが邦訳されている。短編では「太陽系最後の日」や「星」などが有名。SF以外の小説はイギリス空軍時代の体験を基にした1963年の Glide Path（日本語未訳）の一作のみ。
